Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the provision of all heating, boiler repair, and installation services provided by James Wright Heating.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on initial inspections. Should unforeseen issues arise during the course of work (such as hidden pipework or pre-existing system faults), we will discuss any necessary changes to the scope of work and associated costs with you before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due for payment immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger installations, a deposit may be required before work commences, and staged payments may be agreed upon.
4. Guarantee of Work
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. All installation work is guaranteed for [Insert Duration, e.g., 12 months] from the date of completion. This guarantee does not cover defects caused by customer misuse, accidental damage, or work carried out by third parties after our visit. Manufacturer warranties on parts (e.g., boilers) are subject to their own specific terms.
5. Liability
James Wright Heating is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions within your heating system that may fail during standard maintenance or repair procedures, nor for any loss or damage not directly caused by our negligence.
6. Access
Please ensure our engineers have reasonable access to your property. If we are unable to gain access at the agreed-upon time, a call-out fee may apply to cover our travel and time costs.
