Cancellation of Appointments: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked boiler service or installation, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This helps us manage our schedule and assist other customers.
Boiler Installations & Parts: Once a boiler or specific heating components have been ordered or delivered to your property, we cannot offer refunds for these items. These costs are non-refundable as they are bespoke to your installation requirements.
Quality of Workmanship: If you are unhappy with a repair or installation, please contact us immediately so we can inspect the work and rectify any issues. We stand by our service and will always prioritize your satisfaction.
